The Gay Polo League Teams dominated the Mack Jason Invitational Tournament held at the Menlo Circus Polo Club!

Erik Wright (Wrightway Polo) and his team did an amazing job organizing this tournament. The entire weekend went without a hitch!

In the end, 10 teams competed in 3 levels of play. The entire weekend was magical. Menlo Circus Club is breathtaking - the grass polo field is located in the middle of Atherton. Everyone was thrilled with the ponies Erik supplied...they were well trained, suitable for each rider's skill, beautifully groomed and fast! Friday night, GPL & friends enjoyed a wine tasting at Fogarty Winery, followed by a hosted dinner at the home of 'Senator' and Nancy Atkinson. Saturday night's dinner was held in a private dining room at a high end Palo Alto restaurant - with over 65 tournament players and friends attending. During Sunday's finals, a great BBQ and open bar (need I say more?!) was sponsored by the Mack Jason family.

GPL's Team Somis won the Level I! Congratulations Abe, Alice, Donald & Jeffrey!

GPL's Team Maximus won the Level II! Congratulations Chip, Tom, Gina & Sean (Menlo Player)!

GPL's Alto Vivo placed second in the Level II! Congratulations Rolf, Jean Marc, Talbot (all the way from NYC!) and Champ (Menlo Player)!
